At Tag Tuesday, for the rest of December, the theme is Home and Hearth. I used a sweet image from Gecko Galz for my tag.

Hi, the challenge at Tag Tuesday is tic tac toe. I made one more tag using the top row of the board: washi tape, stamping and a reused item (the gold doily).
If you'd like to join us, the tic tac toe board is up on the Tag Tuesday blog. We'd love to see what you create!
It's my turn to host at Tag Tuesday and here's the theme: Tic Tac Toe! Choose any row from the board below and add the items to your tag. Have fun!
Here is the first tag I made, using the middle row, going down.
And my second tag, using the row going down on the right side of the board.
At Tag Tuesday, the new challenge is "Poppies", to remember the 100th anniversary of the end of World War 1. We hope you will create a tag and join us.
I covered a tag with the star paper from Hobby Lobby. The image is from Gecko Galz and the word remember is from Tim Holtz.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!
I love the new challenge at Tag Tuesday - Edgar Allan Poe. I used images from Gecko Galz (Poe and the cross), the heart and raven from my stash and the gray arch cut from a Tim Holtz die on my tag.
It's time for another new theme at Tag Tuesday. We'd like to see your take on Bunting or Flags.
I sprayed a manila tag with Tattered Angels colors (Vintage Pink, Navy and Cinnamon). Then I added a hot air balloon sticker and word phrase sticker. The pink banner pieces were stamped, cut out and then pop dotted to the tag.
Thanks for stopping by - have a great week!!
We have a new theme/challenge at Tag Tuesday for the next two weeks. It has been chosen by Valerie and is Autumn/Halloween. I made two Halloween tags, which I'd like to share with you.
The first tag has an orange paper background, which I stenciled with a Tim Holtz layering stencil. The edges of the tag were inked and a Tim H. die cut was added. I tied some Doodlebug twine at the top of the tag and tucked a small piece of black doily underneath the image. One of Tim's Halloween tokens was adhered to the top of the tag.
The second tag features a Gecko Galz image which I fussy cut and pop dotted to the plaid paper background. A Prima die cut was added behind the kids. It says "It's pumpkin season"."
Please join us and link up your fall themed tags!
Our new challenge at Tag Tuesday is Peace. I found this tie-dyed Peace sign patch at JoAnn Fabrics and had to use it on my tag. It reminded me of my teenage years in the 70's!
I used Distress Oxide inks on my tag, added the peace sign and a chipboard piece from my stash that says, "Fragile Handle with Care".
We hope that you will join us and link up a tag. Have a great day!!
I chose the new theme for Tag Tuesday this time (see what I did there!) and it's "Time/Clocks". There are lots of different ways to take this theme: memories, days, years, time to do something, clocks, best time of your life and lots more!
My first tag was sprayed with Tim Holtz distress sprays and then embossed with a clocks embossing folder. Then I stamped and fussy cut a steampunk man and added him to the tag. The tag was inked around the edges with chalk ink. Finally, I put on a word sticker that says "live in the moment".
The second tag I made was from scraps I had laying on my table. I added other bits from my stash and finished it with a rub on that says "enjoy today".
The new theme at Tag Tuesday is "Landmarks", picked by Wendy. I chose my landmark by looking through my travel stamps. I thought that St Paul's Cathedral in London was very majestic and so that is what I used.
I stamped the cathedral on a piece of brown and gray scrap. The tag was covered in paper called "London", from Gecko Galz. I printed out the words. The stamped piece and word strip were added to the tag. Finally, I added a die cut, a gold reinforcer, a gray bow and a small rose.
I ended up reading about St. Paul's Cathedral online - what an interesting history it has! I am going to type up some of the facts I read and adhere them to the back of my tag.
Glad you stopped by today!
The new theme at Tag Tuesday is "Bingo". We'd love for you to join us and link up a tag you've made.
Here is my tag, which was painted and stenciled using Dyan Reavely products. The rest are things from my stash.
Thanks for stopping by!
The new theme at Tag Tuesday for the next two weeks is nautical/seaside. My tag was sprayed with Tim Holtz ink sprays. Then I stamped a border with green Archival ink to look like seaweed. I fussy cut a Gecko Galz image and attached a stamped seashell behind her head. She is pop dotted to the tag.
I love this image - isn't her bathing suit great?! Thanks for stopping by today!
At Tag Tuesday (for the next two weeks) the new theme is "Floral". Here is my take on it...
This tag has a sprayed background to which I added a Jane Davenport lady rub-on, some flowers and text. Simple, but I like it!!
Thanks for stopping by!
There is a new theme at Tag Tuesday. It's called "Gemini" (like the astrological sign). Here is my take on the theme.
The background of the tag was made using a Tim Holtz stencil and a Crayola marker sprayer. Then I added twin girls from the Tim Holtz paper dolls. Funny hats and butterfly wings were cut from Gecko Galz collage sheets and pop dotted to the girls. Finally, I added a wooden heart, piece of washi tape and a word strip to the tag.
...at Tag Tuesday! It's called "Locks and Keys" and we hope you will join us by linking up a tag of your own.
I made a tag with two tall houses. First I covered a large tag with gray patterned paper and then cut two tall houses from another piece of patterned paper. I added a Tim Holtz paper doll in the doorway of the red house. I die cut a key and heart lock and put them at the top. I inked the edges of the tag with black chalk ink. Finally, I added the phrase sticker, "Castle of dreams".
For the next two weeks, the theme at Tag Tuesday is babies. You can make a tag with human babies, animal babies or even a mother and a baby. I used a Gecko Galz baby boy image on my tag. The background is done with gelatos. I layered the tag with a blue doily, flower die cuts, a chipboard star, balloons and words, all from my stash.
I love steampunk and it's the new theme at Tag Tuesday for the next two weeks. I tried something new with my tag this time; I used a mop up paper towel covered in spray inks for the background. I die cut the lightbulb and added a few word stickers, metal gears and a Tim Holtz image.
Thanks for stopping by!
I hope everyone is doing well and getting in lots of crafting. We are still having cold weather and snowflakes; I'm tired of wearing my winter coat!
Today I'm sharing a tag I made for Tag Tuesday. The theme, Black and White with a pop of color, was chosen by Valerie. I used red for my pop of color and was glad to use the chicken brads, which I've had forever!
Thanks for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!
I want to wish everyone a very Happy Easter! It's cold and blustery here - I hope you have Spring weather where you are.
The new theme at Tag Tuesday is "Diamonds are Forever". I made two tags (the first one has a Gecko Galz image on it). Both tags have clear gems for a touch of diamonds. I used some new diamond washi tape on the large tag.
Thanks for stopping by!
New theme at Tag Tuesday - "Spring Flowers", chosen by Wendy. Even though I love winter and snow, I am (almost) ready for milder weather and blooming flowers.
I sprayed the tag with spray inks and then added the rose die cuts and a small doily. The image of the girl wearing a pink flower on her head is from Gecko Galz. It was sized in Photoshop, fussy cut and added to the tag. The final touch was a sticker from my stash (beauty).
Thanks for stopping by!
The new theme at Tag Tuesday is "Use a Quote". I made a tag with a character construction paper doll and the quote "I love you to the moon and back".
Thanks for stopping by!
Our new theme for the next two weeks at Tag Tuesday is "Have a Heart". My tag has a sprayed background, a die cut heart and features two children from Tim Holtz's paper dolls ephemera. I added a sticker with the words "family ties" to the heart. I also added a border strip that I stamped along the bottom of the tag.
Thanks for visiting my blog - hope you will join us at Tag Tuesday with a tag of your own!
It's been very snowy and very cold here. The birds are out at the feeders, especially the cardinals. They look so pretty against the white snow. With all this bad weather I've gotten quite a bit of crafting done.
We have a new theme at Tag Tuesday called "Anything Goes". I sprayed a tag with inks and then added strips of texture paper & cardboard. Final touches include a postage stamp, pen nib and "at" symbol.
I also created two tags for an upcoming theme and have been working on putting the final touches on my December Daily. It's actually done, but I keep thinking of more things I want to add!!
Have a wonderful week!
Hello and Happy New Year to all!!! I'm hoping for a year filled with lots of hygge (my OLW for 2018). I am also going to work on one word a month and in January it's create. Create art, more time with family, healthier meals, etc.
For Tag Tuesday our theme for the next two weeks is "New Beginnings". My tag is simply a HELLO to the new year and to a new lifestyle.
So here's to a new year, new beginnings and (hopefully) a new and better lifestyle - Welcome 2018!
