Kreaxions, Make My Monday & OLLCB

Hi, I have three cards to share with you today, from three different design teams! The first is a card I made for the Just Imagine/Kreaxion blog. I used Kreaxion punch #905, with Positioning Parts, template B and the circle cutter. I used patterned paper by Authentique for the card, along with some items from my stash to decorate it. It's very simple to create these lovely cut outs with Kreaxion products.

Second, the theme at Make My Monday this week is to use die cutting. I made this card by embossing white cardstock with two different folders and then adding a bow, made with a Sizzix die, designed by Eileen Hull. I added a shiny gold brad in the center - I just love the bow this die makes!!

My third card is for Ooh La La Challenge Blog, where I have been guest designing in September. I used one of the images from Yesterday's Memories (Washing Day), layered over a K&Co. journal card. I added that to a pink cardstock mat, then to a black card base. Final touch - a small black satin bow (the Paper Studio).

Kreaxion supplies used are: star template, punch 905, punch 923

The page is made using papers, cardstock and stickers from the Bewitched collection (We R Memory Makers).

Fall Colors

This week at Make My Monday, the theme is to use Fall colors on a project. We'd love to have you join us by entering your Fall/Autumn project!

I stamped on my card, using a leaf stamp by Great Impressions. I used Tim Holtz Distress inks (Festive Berries & Spiced Marmalade) for the leaves and a Stampin' Up marker (Chocolate Chip) for the branches. The card base is orange cardstock, layered with BoBunny blue paper and cardboard. I added a Jillibean "hello" flag and a Studio Calico flair.

I love Fall and the beautiful colors it brings! The leaves are just beginning to turn colors here - I am looking forward to their full display of beauty in October!

Autumn Fun

Moxxie Fall Blog Hop - join the Moxxie Muses and hop to win a fabulous prize! Begin the hop here.

Today my first post for Just Imagine Crafts is up on their blog! I made a scrapbook layout of my great-niece, Aria. I cut circles for the layout, using the Kreaxions circle cutter, which is a great tool! Small and lightweight, this will cut circles from .5" to 10". It's easy to use and you get perfect circles everytime!!

I also used the star template, traced it onto the purple Doodlebug paper and cut it out. I then punched around the star with Kreaxions punch #923 to make the doily. Isn't it pretty? I also used the same punch to make the gold vellum border. This is the negative border piece.

Follow the links above if you'd like to purchase the Kreaxions products I used! I also recommend checking out the Just Imagine online store for lots of other great products. Have a happy day!!

Kreaxion supplies used: Circle cutter and Punch #923

From my stash: Doodlebug "Ghouls & Goodies" papers, purple Thickers, Pretty Little Studio scarecrow, BoBunny "Delilah" paper

Moxxie Fall Blog Hop

Welcome to the Moxxie Muses Fall Blog Hop! Today I am sharing some teacher gifts that I made using the Brainiac and Grid Iron lines.

I bought mum plants for Milo and Liam (my great-nephews) to give to their preschool teachers. The plants were in plastic pots and needed jazzing up! First, I die cut scalloped circles from the Moxxie papers and layered them to plant stakes I got at a craft store. Next, I added the owl and football helmet stickers. Then I tied a bow on the owl stakes, wrapped the mum pots in burlap tied with twine, added the plant stakes and the gifts were done.

I also die cut an owl out of the Brainiac papers and attached it to a small basket that we filled with candy. The boys gave this to the secretary of the school.

Lots to Share Today!!!

I have so much to share today - new projects, new design team and new things happening at some of my dt blogs! So let's get started...

First, let me say that I am very excited because I made the Just Imagine Crafts/Kreaxions design team! This company has lots of punches, dies and a great circle cutter which I will be using in upcoming projects.

I am guest designing for Ooh La La Challenge Blog during the month of September! The cards I made for this reveal use the Yesterday's Memories (Washing Day) and Carnival of Colour (Poppies) papers and card toppers. Check out my cards on the OLLC blog.

I made two cards for Gecko Galz this month for my design team gallery. Love the fall and Halloween images and papers!

The theme at Make My Monday this week is Indian Summer. We were to use lots of bright colors which is never a problem for me!! I used a Jolee's flower sticker from my stash and built on the hot pink color for the rest of my card.

We have new team members at Unruly Paper Arts and the September RAQ starts today. The theme is The Dark of Night. The September issue at Unruly is "Gotta Dash" and you will see lots of clean and simple or quick and easy cards and projects. Check it all out here.
