Happy Father's Day!

Today I'm sharing a card dedicated to fathers. It uses Gecko Galz products and is on the GG blog today.

The background paper is from the Roads Less Traveled & Timeless paper packs. I cut the world landmarks into three rectangles and pieced them onto the Timeless paper (blue paper with the crown). The father & son image is from the Man O'Man collage sheet, as are the words "World's Greatest Dad". The world is die cut from a Tim Holtz die (Sizzix).

It's circus time at Gecko Galz! I made a card and 3 ATC's - all featuring clowns. All the clown images are from the Clowning Around collage sheets.

I also made two patriotic cards. These images are from the Stars and Stripes collage sheets.

Texture

New theme at Tag Tuesday for the next 2 weeks is "Texture", chosen by Wendy. My tag is all pink and uses dry embossing, twine and pearls for texture. The lady is cut from Gecko Galz paper with a Sizzix die. The tag top was punched with a Stampin' Up punch.

New Theme @ Tag Tuesday

Hi, everyone! We have a new theme at Tag Tuesday - Animals!! Today I'm sharing the first of many tags I made.

I've switched Ranger designers today and am featuring a tag using products from Dyan Reaveley. Last week I was able to take two classes from Dyan - let me tell you, she is a fantastic teacher!! This tag was painted using her line of Dylusions paints. They go on smoothly and dry quickly. The cat stamp is also from Dyan, as is the quote.

Tim Holtz!

As I'm sure you can tell from my posts and the products I love to use - I am a really big Tim Holtz fan!!! The new Distress Oxide inks of his are awesome! My sister and I are having loads of fun using them.

I made 2 more tags for Tag Tuesday's "Anything Goes" theme. For the first one, I used only Distress Oxide inks and then stamped on the tag with Tim's butterfly stamp.

I made the second tag using a mix of Distress Inks and Distress Oxide inks. I love the background this made!

Country Charm

For Gecko Galz this month I made two cards to share with you. I followed the country charm theme (May's customer challenge).

The first one uses a bee from the "What's the Buzz" collage sheet and a butterfly from the "How Does My Garden Grow" sheet. The die cut oval was made using "Potluck" paper from the Kitchen Sink collection.

I love the pretty image on the second card - it's from the "Country Charm" collage sheet. The background paper is from the "Country Charm" paper pack. I also added a bit of floral trim and a blue Doodlebug doily. The word hello on both cards is cut from a Sizzix die.
