It's time for another new theme at Tag Tuesday. We'd like to see your take on Bunting or Flags.
I sprayed a manila tag with Tattered Angels colors (Vintage Pink, Navy and Cinnamon). Then I added a hot air balloon sticker and word phrase sticker. The pink banner pieces were stamped, cut out and then pop dotted to the tag.
